La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal describir el trabajo del equipo interdisciplinario sobre el síndrome de abstinencia en sujetos con consumos problemáticos del Programa CEDIT en el año 2024. Se propuso conocer de qué manera el equipo aborda la aparición de síntomas característicos del síndrome de abstinencia en sujetos con consumos problemáticos, identificar las intervenciones que llevan a cabo cada uno de los participantes del equipo interdisciplinario en respuesta a este síndrome, así como también describir cada una de las dificultades con las que se encuentra el equipo durante el trabajo con dichos sujetos y la manera en la que encaran las mismas. El marco metodológico adoptado fue de tipo cualitativo, con un diseño fenomenológico. Para captar las experiencias de los participantes, se utilizaron entrevistas semidirigidas como el principal método de recolección de datos. La muestra seleccionada para este estudio incluyó un representante de cada área disciplinar. En el caso de psicología y enfermería, se realizaron dos entrevistas por integrante, lo que permitió enriquecer la calidad y profundidad de la muestra. Los integrantes fueron elegidos ya que forman parte del equipo interdisciplinario actual del programa CEDIT de la ciudad de Salta en el año 2024. De esta manera, la investigación permitió describir el trabajo del equipo interdisciplinario frente al síndrome de abstinencia en sujetos con consumos problemáticos del programa CEDIT, así como la forma en que abordan dicho síndrome a través de sus diversas intervenciones. Se evidencia la relevancia del trabajo interdisciplinario y su impacto en la posible recuperación del sujeto. Finalmente, se logró identificar las dificultades que enfrentan los individuos al atravesar el síndrome. The main objective of the research was to describe the work of the interdisciplinary team on the abstinence syndrome in subjects with problematic drug use in the CEDIT Program in the year 2024. As a way of understanding how the team deals with the appearance of symptoms characteristic of withdrawal syndrome in subjects with problematic drug use, it was proposed to identify the interventions carried out by each of the participants of the interdisciplinary team in response to this syndrome, as well as to describe each of the difficulties encountered by the team during work with these subjects and the way in which they deal with them. The methodological framework adopted was qualitative, with a phenomenological design. The sample selected for this study included one representative from each disciplinary area. In the case of psychology and nursing, two interviews were conducted per member, which enriched the quality and depth of the sample.. The sample chosen for this study was composed of one member from each disciplinary area, in this case in the area of psychology and nursing, two interviews were taken per member to enrich the sample. The members were chosen because they are part of the current interdisciplinary team of the CEDIT program in the city of Salta in the year 2024. In this way, the research allowed to describe the interdisciplinary team’s work in addressing withdrawal syndrome in subjects with problematic drug use in the CEDIT program, as well as how they approach this syndrome through their various interventions. The relevance of interdisciplinary work and its impact on the subject's possible recovery became evident. Finally, the difficulties faced by individuals going through the syndrome were identified. |
