El mismo surge de la curiosidad de la investigadora en querer entender por qué tanta gente forma parte de ese movimiento y cómo es que se mantiene hace tantos años incluso sumando cada vez más adeptos. Para esto se comenzó con una investigación sobre la banda Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota, de la cual Solari supo ser el cantante principal antes de su etapa solista. Esta permitió conocer los orígenes musicales, el contexto y las influencias que tuvo para forjar su carrera. Una vez que se pudo conocer la carrera del músico y todo el fenómeno que se había formado en torno a la banda se procedió a analizar el mensaje que tienen sus canciones para conocer a qué hacen referencia. Allí se optó por estudiar la letra de “Ji ji ji”, por considerarla como uno de los grandes hitos de la carrera musical de Solari. El próximo paso fue detallar y describir el primer recital del Indio en Salta, donde se pudo apreciar en primera persona los sentimientos y sensaciones que manifiestan los ricoteros para con el cantante, a través de sus testimonios. También se entabló un dialogo a través de entrevistas con un grupo de fanáticos quienes dieron su opinión respecto al fenómeno y al músico, como así también compartieron historias increíbles de experiencias en los recitales. Además de contar con la palabra de un especialista en el fenómeno ricotero, quien vivió el auge de Los Redondos y la transición del Indio a su etapa solista. Muchos hablan de mística al nombrar a Solari o al tratar de explicar ese sentimiento que los mueve a seguirlo como artista. En su gran mayoría los seguidores logran hacer una separación del Indio músico por sobre el Indio persona, llegando incluso a no darle ningún tipo de relevancia a su vida privada ni sus pensamientos. Su arte, su música, sus letras parecen ser lo que hace, literalmente, mover multitudes por todo el país. The thesis work describes the ricotero movement in the city of Salta, analyzing the impact that the figure of the Solari Indian has on his followers. The same arises from the curiosity of the researcher in wanting to understand why so many people are part of that movement and how it is maintained so many years ago, even adding more and more followers. For this began with an investigation about the band Patricio Rey and his Redonditos de Ricota, of which Solari knew how to be the lead singer before his solo stage. This allowed to know the musical origins, the context and the influences that he had to shape his career. Once it was possible to know the musician's career and all the phenomenon that had been formed around the band, we proceeded to analyze the message of their songs to know what they are referring to. There, it was decided to study the lyrics of "Ji ji ji", considering it one of the great milestones of Solari's musical career. The next step was to describe and describe the first recital of the Indio in Salta, where the feelings and sensations manifested by the ricoteros for the singer, through their testimonies, could be appreciated in the first person. There was also a dialogue through interviews with a group of fans who gave their opinion about the phenomenon and the musician, as well as shared incredible stories of experiences in the recitals.
